I'm always active and don't worry too much about managing my own server as I know exactly what needs to be done to have good experience to all players, not just experienced ones !!! How are you dealing with problems: don't stress about them, get both sides to the story and give a professional approach to dealing with them How are you with dealing with people: look some people need to have an eye-opener there are different rules to every server this happens to be mostly based on respect if you can't respect the players in this server don't expect me to deal with that type of person on a staff base.
